For the employer, whose majority of time in the office goes in meetings and presentations, the “TimeTable” is a must-have piece of furniture that aims to improve the quality of meetings, without actually putting you in Hitler’s shoes. The TimeTable is an interactive meeting table that is designed to make sure every conference room session ends on the time allotted for it initially. This intelligent table visually controls the meeting by displaying the length of the meeting through 10 illuminated RGB LED panels under the table’s surface, each representing a tenth of the meeting time. And as time passes, panels are switched off as per the set deadline and a sound effect is played once the allotted meeting time has elapsed. This innovative design is a work of creative designers at Ico Design in partnership with Sidekick Studios. The TimeTable is now up and running in “The Cole” building at Wieden and Kennedy London.
